1. Academy Programs & Events
Participation in Legend Star USA academy programs, camps, clinics, and events is subject to the following conditions:
- All participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete registration and consent forms.
- Participants must meet the age and eligibility requirements specified for each program.
- Legend Star USA reserves the right to modify program schedules, locations, and content as needed.
- Fees paid for programs are subject to the refund policy communicated at the time of registration.
2. Assumption of Risk & Waiver
Soccer and athletic activities involve inherent risks of injury. By enrolling in our programs, participants (and their guardians for minors) acknowledge and accept these risks. A detailed waiver and release of liability must be signed prior to participation in any physical activity conducted by Legend Star USA.
3. Legend Star Foundation
The Legend Star Foundation is a nonprofit initiative operating under Legend Star USA. The Foundation provides free clinics, scholarships, and development pathways for talented youth regardless of economic background.
- Donations to the Foundation are voluntary and used to support its mission of youth empowerment through sport.
- The Foundation does not guarantee specific outcomes for scholarship or program recipients.
- The Foundation operates transparently and may publish impact reports that include anonymized participant data.
